This recipe is terrible. It doesnt work, it is too runny. I just threw away half chocolate and 2 packs of biscuits. 3 cups of milk is definitely too much. Maybe she meant 3 tablespoons of milk

Not good i tried 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of water Boild well + add half cup of oil then boild littel then add 1 cup of cacao powder boild 1min keep till be cold then mixed with biscuits

This is so delicious I know sometimes I go around in the comments thinking that they are all fake and just to trick me but this one is actually delicious I didn’t add any chocolate bars and I also mixed between coco powder and some Cadbury chocolate milk powder and the mix was incredible

Tried this and like other people who tried it here in the comments, the mixture is too runny even after boiling for long. Sorry but your recipe isnt accurate
